DISCOVER A NEW BEACH AND IMPROVE YOUR OCEAN PADDLING ABILITY

Take up the challenge of paddling in the real ocean and explore a new coast line around Pt Leo. You will be blown away by this beach and its nice local coffee shop. Pt Leo has a great right hand wave which can be surfed for 600 meter on a good day. You are sure to improve your wave and ocean riding skills on this day.

WHERE

Pt Leo Road (which runs off Frankston Flinders Rd), Pt Leo 
Melways 257 C6 - look out for the peak adventure flag's

WHEN

Sunday 10th of October (only 20 spots available) must book

COST

$60 per person (all equipment supplied) kayak, life jacket, paddle, boat leash.

WAVE OF THE DAY

1pm arrive
1:30pm on the water, session will include:
  • basic wave catching skills
  • catching open ocean runners
  • controlling your ocean ski on a wave
4pm off the water
4:30 pm coffee then home

Team Peak Adventure Day 0 results from Wulong Quest China.

It was a short Day 0 stage of racing today for team Peak Adventure. We finished in 7th place only 4min behind the lead team, very close and exciting racing.

Highlights:
  • 500 meter chair carry
  • 10,000 + spectators lining the streets
  • Leading the race for the first 2km
  • Massage and dinner tonight :) 
Lowlights:
  • Losing 2min in the rafting section
  • 34 degree heat
  • Missing out on pizza during lunch
