All participants must have the following items:

• Capacity to carry a minimum of 2L of water

• Space Blanket/Survival bag or blanket. (Bag recommended)

• Head Torch

• Whistle

• Waterproof and windproof jacket

• Waterproof and windproof pants (weather dependant)

• Long Sleeve top/Mid layer: Thermal (Either worn or in pack)

• Beanie/Buff

• First Aid Kit 1 per team must include the below:  

Elastic bandage suitable for snake bite: one per person in your team

Crepe bandage: one per person in your team

Sterile dressing: one per person in your team

Antihistamine tablet: one per person in your team

Band aids: four per person in your team

Strapping tape: one per team

Triangular bandage: one per team
